Membership & Plans

We offer multiple tiers — from a free starter plan to our premium plans with full access to all benefits and loyalty rewards. Visit our Plans page to compare options.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your member dashboard under Membership → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next renewal cycle.

New members can start with our Free plan at no cost. Some premium features are unlocked via a trial period — check our Plans page for current offers.

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

Billing & Payments

Memberships are billed in advance — monthly or annually depending on the plan you choose. You will receive an invoice by email before each renewal.

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and selected e-wallet providers. Available payment options are shown during checkout.

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a new paid plan, contact us and we will process a full refund — no questions asked.

All invoices are available in your member dashboard under Billing → Invoice History.

Loyalty & Rewards

You earn points automatically when you renew your membership, refer new members, complete your profile, and through special promotions announced on the platform.

Points remain active as long as your membership is active. If your membership lapses, points are held for 90 days before expiring.

Go to your dashboard under Loyalty → Redeem Rewards. Points can be exchanged for discounts on your next renewal, exclusive perks, or partner offers.

Account & Access

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We will send a reset link to your registered email address within a few minutes.

Yes, go to your profile under Account Settings. A verification email will be sent to the new address before the change takes effect.

Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow industry security standards and never sell your personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for details.
